Installation Plugin Support

We're building out a plugin system so you can customize installations of your application. This means you'll be able to do things like:

• create custom commands you can execute from the Nuon dashboard, that will run inside your customer's installations

• emit custom metrics from an installation, to show in the Nuon dashboard

• add custom resource provisioning steps

Plugins will use our Go based plugin framework.
